Returns / Exchange

Thank you for shopping at live-x-martplace.com! We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied or have received a defective item, follow our easy return and exchange policy:

Returns

1. Return the items within 24 hours of receiving them.

2. The product must be new, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

3. Email our customer service at support@live-x-martplace.com to initiate a return.

4. Once we receive and check your return, we will issue a refund to your payment method.

Note: Also, a 40% fee will be deducted if the product is to be returned.

Exchange:

1. You can exchange items within 7 days of receiving them. 

2. To do this, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. 

3. If you wish to exchange an item, contact our customer service team at support@live-x-martplace.com.

4. Once we receive the item back, we will send you a replacement.

Exceptions:

1. Personalized or customized items cannot be returned.

2. We will not return or exchange items that are damaged because of how you handled them.
